Happy Halloween

Well, I just turned off the front light for the night. The number of trick-or-treaters that came by tonight can be counted on one hand. A grand total of two and they arrived together: Darth Vader and his big sister.

As usual these past few years I bought too much candy. One of these years I'll just get one small bag and call it done. Of course, that'll be the year there's a trick-or-treat renaissance or something.

So, anyone do anything this year or was it just another day of the year?

As I just recorded in minel, I did end up dressing up in a last-minute sort of way, and then I went to school and ran a short game of D&D for my last class as part of the coursework. Hee! I didn't get home in time for any trick-or-treaters, though. I don't think they are many around here anyway.

There was a three-car wreck on the corner instead. Luckily, no one seemed to be badly hurt and everyone had already called it in when I went to check.
