Yesterday's Walk...

I didn't get to post this yesterday since the site was down so here we are. I ended up wandering down to the shopping center with Kroger making for a 3 mile round trip. It wasn't too bad. There were a few spots in that walk where strange pains. A stabbing pain through the left calf but it didn't last that long. Really wish I knew what causes and what triggers that. My legs were stiff last night and this morning but not horribly so.
