Sorry, honey. I have been suffering as well. No more than 4 nonconsecutive sleep hours a night for about a week now.

I find I hate the resulting mood swings the next day even more.

Ouch sorry to hear that. For me lack of sleep seems to mean weird pains in my calves the following day among other things.
