You misunderstand, the issue is with spending that much just on getting there. :) And the figure I gave was a minimum estimate. It's more likely we're looking at cab fare in the $60-80 range. If I end up buying anything it could easily cost me a couple hundred dollars for the outing. That's a bit more than I can afford at the moment.
However, if it makes you happy. I'll head down and visit Barnes and Nobles and Borders out near Lenox Square when the weather is a little cooler. I was planning such a trip anyway. :)
