Pip's Rule #8 & #9

#8. Never give a definite answer unless your absolutely certain that you know what you're talking about. Avoid even definite declarations of feeling or opinion because more often than not you're going to change your mind within minutes of having opened your mouth.
#9 When you do give definitive declarations, say what you mean and mean what you say!
